Transfer Advising for Engineering Majors

Montgomery College’s Engineering Advising website is designed to provide academic program planning assistance for students enrolled in the transfer engineering programs at any of the three campuses of Montgomery College.

A.S. Degree Engineering Programs at MC describes the various engineering specialties as well as up-to-date information to help you to determine Montgomery College’s catalog requirements for graduation with an A.S. degree in any of the current engineering transfer programs.

MC's engineering curricula are designed to transfer efficiently to many highly ranked four-year schools where you can complete your B.S. degree in engineering. To maximize the efficiency of your transfer process we have agreements with many colleges and universities where significant numbers of students have transferred.

MC Curricula for Engineering Transfer shows optimized programs for the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP), George Washington University (GWU), Georgia Institute of Technology (GT), and University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

Click on the link for Engineering Transfer to find advice on all aspects of transfer (where, when, how). We will also provide useful information on finding a transfer institution that best fits each student’s needs. It is our goal to provide accurate and accessible advising to all students to help them plan for their future.
