Effective Fall 2010, the College of Chemical and Life Sciences (CLFS) at the University of Maryland will become a Limited Enrollment Program (LEP). To be eligible for admission, transfer students must meet the gateway criteria outlined in the CLFS LEP sheet available at www.lep.umd.edu/. A minimum grade point average of 2.7 in all courses taken at the University of Maryland and all other institutions is required for both internal and external transfer students.

In addition, the Pre-Transfer Advisors are available to assist students with any questions they have about academic requirements at Maryland.
